What is it?
Sacramento Area Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week program of fitness instruction and nutritional education with the option of individual nutritional counseling and meal planning. This program, developed by fitness expert Dr. John Spencer Ellis, has proven successful across the nation. Sacramento Adventure Fitness owner David Hay is proud to bring the Adventure Boot Camp™ program to the Sacramento Area. Each day, camp will be one hour in length, motivating and inspiring, and begin promptly at the scheduled time.
How are we different?
You will receive personalized fitness assessments, fitness guidance and nutritional education to reach your individual goals. Additionally, all classes are lead by your Adventure Fitness owner who has obtained a NESTA Boot Camp certification and is committed to your success. This program offers the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar to yours.
What if I am not physically fit?
NO ONE will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. We are here to support you and to ensure that everyone feels they are a part of the team. Each day will increase slightly in intensity.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: calisthenics, short distance running/walking, body weight resistance training, strength training, jumping rope, crunches, obstacle courses, PAR courses, hill running/walking, hiking, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball work, stair climbing, partner drills, and much more. Where else can you have this much fun?
Where is it?
Sacramento Area Adventure Fitness currently offers programs in Sacramento and Placer counties. See the calendar for locations and dates or e-mail your request for a camp location.
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the four-week program. We also offer a three-day per week program if you cannot meet five days per week. You may upgrade to the five day per week program at any time. All participants will be expected to arrive on time.

Why should I participate?
Along with achieving dramatic physical improvements, you will also meet others who share your same passion for attaining a healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the Sacramento Area has started its day.
What is the cost (investment in me)?
Each four-week camp has a registration of $145, without the nutrition program. That's 12 hours of instruction for about $12.00 per hour. Where else can you get premiere, cutting-edge fitness instruction for this incredible price! The cost for the complete program (four weeks of fitness training plus a nutrition plan) is $197. That is just over $16 per hour for 12 hours of fitness instruction plus a comprehensive nutrition program.

We are now accepting registration for our next camp. Once we receive your registration information we will contact you to schedule your pre-camp evaluation. Your Adventure Boot Camp coach will administer this evaluation.
