What is the sign-up process?Go to the Register page to download a registration form or send an email to info@sacbootcamp.com and we will fax you a registration form. Complete the registration form and mail it with your payment to: P.O. Box 1862, Rocklin CA 95677. Once we've received your registration information, we'll contact you to schedule your pre-camp evaluation. The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following: 1. We will give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history. 2. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. We don't care what the measurements show. It's strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence. 3. We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks! 4. See you at camp! What if I sign up for the three-day plan and then want to do all 20 days of the camp? This actually happens almost every time a person starts at three days per week. They have so much fun, they ask to do all the days! You will simply be prorated from the point you decide to join us for all the days. Will I be sore after the workouts? Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve! What types of people go to camp? They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump-start her fitness and wellness program. Most campers have some history of exercise, but it's not required. Is there a refund policy? We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstance beyond your control. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no cash refund. What is a typical day like at camp? That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect: agility training, calisthenics, some running (less than one mile), strength training, obstacle courses, tug-of-war, and jumping rope each week. On special days, we will go hiking and play sports-related games. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and core stability. How much does a session cost? Please refer to the Program page. What will I do after camp is over? You will get re-measured and tested to see your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp. Are there any discounts offered on registration fees?Beginning July 1, 2008, if you are continuing to the next camp you will receive 10% off the registration fee. Do you give discounts for referrals? You will receive a $50 credit toward your next camp if you refer
someone who registers for a camp. What if I have other questions? You can always call us at (916) 622-3510 or email us at info@sacbootcamp.com and we would be more than happy to answer any additional questions that were not addressed here or any other place on our web site. Back to Top
